You could see it coming. The guy left EVERY putt short in the middle of the round. You can't play like that in a major or anywhere else, it will catch up with you no matter how good a ball striker or size of the lead. Poor guy, wonder when he felt worse - losing Kate Hudson or a four shot lead in the Open.

In other somewhat related news, Mr. Brian Jones picked a solo winner in Scott Stallings at the True South tourney. He nets $60 for the first winning pick in six weeks. Nothing else notable took place in that tourney.
